First let me take this opportunity to thanks you reader, I received so much words of support for my last two Cosmic Code newsletters and emails are still coming. While this is wonderful your precious feedback should be available to the world so please take a few moments to show your support publicly for me and sign the guest-book at...

It is so rare for me to start any of my newsletter with super good news such as the 33 miners who after spending 69 days feeling dead so closely were allowed by God to see the light and their loved ones above on the ground again. But the sad reality is like in the worst oil spill ever and much of the many disasters of the past the lesson of ignoring God' signs will go undetected. At least not to my informed readers… Yes like BP's executives,your own President (and his advisers), self-help guru James Arthur Ray and billions of other souls depraved of Cosmic Consciousness who felt victims of the waning Moon or a Plutonic deadly window their lives has to go on. People will rejoice and thank God for sparing their loved ones lives, celebrations are on the way and a brand new famous life is set for those miners. All they can do is to talk about the grace of God sparing their lives not knowing in the first place about his cosmic regulations that are usually deadly and impartial. As always… "Where Cosmic Consciousness is lacking, religion, conspiracy and imagination does the rest." There are no accidents just consequences the five logical human senses cannot perceive.

Like the BP dilemma, the owners of the mine were only interested in more PRODUCTION and I can assure you when the joy dissipate some of the responsible, above and below in charge in this mine will have to explain themselves through legal procedures. But little do they know, on April 20th and August 5th 2010 the EXACT same dangerous stars were once again at work but nor their superintendents or the miners (or the rest of the 99.09% of the world) knew about the dangerous Moonic waning moon and NONE of them had a copy of my FREE book allowing them to check on their future.  Yes indeed this part of the world is very religious and trying to uncover God's face and tools through the use of astrological divination is still perceived as "the work of evil" thanks to the manipulative, greedy Plutonic souls angry for power and control responsible for creating man's folly through a myriad of deceiving religions.

Yes prayers were offered daily to save their lives (and the Gulf of Mexico) and the miners are the lucky ones because they all made it alive on a WAXING positive protective Moon. In the future with humankind' spirit finally owns its salvation and freedom much more planning attention will be used in harmony with God's design and the stars thus avoiding many "accidents." Yes the sad reality is as much as many more bullies will be responsible for future gay kid' suicides, and more oil spills are on the way destroying more marine life indeed more miners will be at work in the next negative Moonic, Plutonic or Uranic windows where all those future "accidents" are set to happen. And my students and I are the only ones fully aware of the hidden and unforgiving timing produced by the cosmic rules… Indeed, as usual the reality is; NOTHING has been learned with any of those "accidents" and nothing will be learned until ALL humans begin to question, learn and heed God's Universal tools…At least you, my reader have formulated this question deep into your heart and all I can do is to offer you a different perception that what the rest of the world is not allowed to reach because they did not ask for real answers the way you did.

As promised let me explained more about what makes a bully and what should be done to educate both the teachers and the students. I will of course as usual ask you to please help me passing on this wisdom to all the concerned people you know and post it on MySpace, Facebook, Twitter, post it in your group or in your blog. The more this wisdom is shared the more your participation to help my mission will be appreciated. Realize this bully phenomenon is as old as the world itself and directly coming from the "computerized" mind of some children born with an overbearing UCI.

Not all kids were born the same and I have mentioned this fact so many times, very much like the tremendous physical or spiritual difference between yourself and the rest of your family. While your family physical tree genealogy (DNA) is unique to the rest of the world your UCI has nothing to do with any of your closest family members.  Remember, UCI stand for Unique Celestial Identity and being born a different time, place, and year is what "creates" your karmic UCI. A UCI or "astrological chart" reflects your celestial make up, harmoniously or discordantly and it's coming from a very specific corner of our solar system. In a process that is not yet understood by your young human science; each human being karmically inherited a silent, distinctive, inner celestial "program" that makes you, who you truly are.

Kids that are prone to bully others are the adults today that cannot control sarcasm or enjoy hurting other verbally because using force would land them on jail. Those born in September inherited a 3rd house plutonic mind and must regenerate spiritually and intellectually at all times. Once used positively the Virgo's mind is the best at any and all forms of investigation, at its worse one of the most suicidal prone sign of the zodiac. It's much like me an ADD and somehow forced to get rid of my surplus physical energy by fidgeting making impossible for me (or any ADD or ADHD child) to sit for long. If you read my previous newsletter on the subject you know much more about this "disorder" than Dr. Phil or Dr. Laura combined. While being seriously punished (abused) by all the morons who tried to educate me growing up; without Cosmic Consciousness any teacher is as good swimmer as a dead fish in the current failing education dilemma.

YOU DON'T SCARE ME; I'LL KICK YOUR ASS! picture...

Now a child can be born under any sign and still behave aggressively towards others and this is produced by the location of extremely powerful Pluto by house and sign. Note true plutonic kids will love challenging any adult in any conflict. The problem is they are billions of possible "connection" or commonly called aspects to this planet. Note also Pluto is not considered any loner as a planet and was dwarfed a few years ago by a bunch of astronomers (educated morons) in Europe. The power of Pluto is as its stronger place if the child is born with a moon (emotions) in Scorpio, a rising *ascendant in Scorpio, of if Mercury *communication process is badly inspecting or conducting Pluto or worst if the natal or hidden Dragon resides in this deadly, power hungry, ruthless sign. But the question is how much Cosmic Consciousness (awareness) has the teacher in charge of your child has? NONE! And worst, the teacher himself may be a Plutonic or his own aspects do not agree with some children/students in the classroom. There are so many reasons as to why so many teachers were fired but all the educational system can do is to apply logical human mind trying to uncover a much deeper spiritual reason responsible for their failures.

Most importantly true Plutonic kids are usually visual and respond to deep emotions they try so hard to create in others, thus metaphors and symbols must be used to reach them subconsciously. All teachers should have (like the police) access to the unique software I use and be trained to read the "signs."  Once the teacher has detected a Plutonic character and the potential bully/terrorist, then she must adapt to the spirit conception and assimilation of information, something they wrongly trust to be universal. Indeed this is very wrong, not all kids were born with the same Mercury (the mind, learning process) position by sign and house and this is what makes the difference in receiving the information.

If the teacher's UCI is similar to the one of his student chances are everything will be smooth as they both "subconsciously" speaks the same language.  But like any of your close family member some students, regardless how hard the teacher try, will never be able to communicate, so forget about learning anything from that teacher. But this does NOT mean the teacher is bad at all, it simply mean their UCI does NOT agree and never will. I am sure you know someone like this, a friend or a family member that you perceive as a fool or totally out of line. WE are ALL unique in our celestial conception and unless ALL, I meant all the teachers and students become conscious of their own UCI or become Cosmic Conscious, differences, misunderstanding, conflicts and wars will never end. But speaking God's Universal language has its own barriers because if the young soul is plagued with a latent UCI the situation gets worse and is often induced but subconscious active religious fears.

Do not expect to change a bully's mental expression unless you not only start early, but use the right spiritual tools to adapt to his/her Plutonic mind set. Something the educational system, teachers and parents are totally lacking for the time being. So as much as you can expect a variety of "accidents" to take place with the dreadful endless flow of dramatic news, bullies are to stay and do more damage to other kids, period! Thus if you are a concerned parent, your only salvation is that you gave birth to a Plutonic child so he will, at least have no fears and stand for himself.

I say that because I am fully aware of the tremendous amount of spiritual work that needs to be done to fix this dramatic explosive situation and using words of love, common sense, reason and respect do NOT exist in the plutonic psyche. Let me give you this example, a jail is a plutonic nest infested by the lowest elements of our society.  Regardless of their ages, all criminals were born Plutonic bullies and do you really think talking love or religion, understanding will stop those low lives to exterminate each others for drugs, control and power? Are you joking? And don't think schools and jail cannot be compared because any time you confine people in one place they feel like they are in jail and young plutonic souls (future criminals) are already asserting themselves.

The only way to reach any Plutonic soul early enough is in 6th grade and impregnate the subconscious before puberty when the natal UCI kicks in… Children are NOT all the same and the very innocent pretty face may turn out to be a born killer if the parents and teachers do not associate and demand Astropsychology to be used as a serious deterrent to Pluto caliginous evil spirit. Imagine a spiritually advanced "teacher of teachers of light" using the same technique used by the Vatican council teaching the power of Scorpio to all the Popes of the past.

But instead of the Illuminati controlling and keeping the power of true wisdom for themselves, having the opportunity to teach your children about God's Universal celestial creation? Imagine the teacher saying to as born 12 years old bully plutonic soul. "Yes I know how you feel inside Michael, I can relate to the deep passion inside your heart, I understand the powerful feelings of wanting to hurt others that have hurt you and even yourself to gain the attention and respect you need, yes I understand you want to become someone and yes you were born to stand apart from your class.  I know what's going on at home and the drama you had to endure already and I know you lost faith in anything and anyone because you think no one know how desperate your feel inside you.

Yes you try so hard to appear normal everyday but you cannot help thinking what could I do to show them who I truly am…Sometimes you wonder yourself why those powerful feelings makes you cry in despair and you have no one to turn too because you also know they will never understand the way you really feel inside…You sometimes think why was I born, what am I doing on this world, what is my purpose and all your questions will never be answered by your teachers who forces you to learn things that means nothing to you. I know your spirit is starving for answers your parents and teachers do not have and you get so frustrated inside because you trust the adults to know everything when they don't.

And the teacher starts now to reverse and neutralize the Plutonic thought process with what being born a Scorpio really mean if the soul decides to tap on the immensely constructive positive forces of this sign.

Like a worm in the water turns into a beautiful butterfly you can, if you decide so to kill the ugly killer insect inside your soul and rebirth into a Golden Eagle. And that is your choice Michael; you must battle these deadly feelings, this destructive passionate side of yourself and focus on becoming an Eagle instead. For if you do control your thoughts, they will become your future and there is absolutely NOTHING a Scorpio/Eagle cannot do."

And this is where the child's psyche is riveted, where his attention is concentrated to the maximum because someone finally knows how he feels inside, and the "teacher of light" impregnates the young child's psyche with a HUGE gold eagle picture cleverly placed and turned away from the black board facing the entire class. I can guarantee you that the subjection will be carved for ever into the mind of this plutonic child and only the best utmost positive manifestation of Pluto will bless the life of Michael and the rest of these young students. Then the parents will be amazed by the child surrounding himself and his bedroom with eagles and this must be encouraged by offering anything, everything related to eagles as to maintain your child's flight towards great accomplishments.

But has the controlled "accredited" educational system consider offering such a vital spiritual food at the right time at the right age to your children? NO because they do not know how…All signs of the zodiac should be mandatory teaching, using this very simple but powerful methodology and if you, an adult reading my words have been someone touched, IMAGINE the impact such spiritually advanced cosmic teachings would have on your children? And I just created this for Scorpio, plutonic, bully prone kids and I have so much more to offer all kids born under all signs of the zodiac. But to the religious, God fearing soul, here is my question to you, was all this truly EVIL and terrible so now you are doomed to end up in hell forever? Sorry my friend, you already is in HELL, in your own ignorance and the current educational system and YOU archaic wasteful teachings have NO right to deprave the rest of the children their relationship with God's creation.

The fact is the jailed population increases dramatically because their first teachers and parents choose religious dogmas over real spiritual information and little do they know that Pluto top price is someone else's eternal soul!  And this can only be accomplished by KILLING its victims, but little do humans, teachers and parents alike know about the horrific power of Pluto. Then the mentally, physically and/or sexually abused soul chose to offer his own life on a golden plate to the oppressor as to put an end to the awful experience by committing suicide. Politicians are tearing themselves apart, concerned teachers are scared of their students and fired by their own ignorant superiors, the police is losing the battle against crime and Mexico drug cocktail delivered the severed head of an investigator while judges and police lost the battle against Pluto deadly children and are forced to join or perish. America is the great Eagle of the world but will the Lizard/Scorpio reach its frontier and pollute the nation in the years to come? The dance of evil seem to enjoy quite a lot of popularity with so many souls suddenly ripped off their young lives proving to you that ALL your scientific, religious and political leaders have failed you and your children miserably. Does this mean I will get some help from you to change it all for the kids? I am afraid not so because this is all I did since you first read me and I am left watching Pluto wins a battle that may have no return point soon…At least I did my best and for this my soul is at peace…

All I can say after reading this is "Oh My God!" Born in Sept with Scorpio rising I can verify that what you said is SO VERY RIGHT ON!! I so wish I could afford a reading! I am now 67 yrs old and controlling myself and my tongue has been a life time journey, as has my bouts with severe depression! When I read your words "to the 12 yr old" ~ you spoke so eloquently what I longed my entire life to hear! I will write you later with more info. Once more I may sound redundant to some but if this newsletter makes it to one of the hundreds of people responsible for me getting fired from Facebook not agreeing with my "vision" of a religious war and the true reasons behind what it means to be human (gay, bully, etc.) after reading some of my writings " race to nowhere" from..then I may be able to "upgrade" their understanding. Yes, the UK is now joining France and the US in this "religious war" which is nothing than God's will slowly taking shape. By this I mean the end of the Age of religions, deception, illusion ruled by Neptune MUST give way to the more electronically oriented, advanced, universal, altruistic freedom oriented sign of Aquarius. The collection and explanation of the current news can only prove me right if you, like I do know how to read the signs.

Thus as always share my wisdom with everyone you feel my message needs to be read but keep in mind you will always have those latent souls who will never budge regardless how much logical explanation sent to them. The "young poisoned soul" is not ready for either your or my energy and will be forced to "wake up" to reality with time. Thus as the advanced one, your position is simply to sit back, wait and realize you are simply dealing with a very scared child that cannot just yet be helped to grow spiritually. When a soul has been feed for many years the same religious junk food it is very hard to change to amore healthier spiritual diet put it this way.
